For both the Wrap and the Bowl, you get a choice of regular or spicy sauce, and Crispy Chicken or Slow Cooked (non-crispy) chicken.
Portion size looks pretty good. The wrap is toasted, and the bowl is nicely presented. If you ordered spicy they also add pepper slices.
