CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice is NOW OPEN at Station Square next to Metrotown. This CoCo took over the old Starbucks location. There are now TWO CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice locations in the Metrotown area. This location opens at 2PM! Sorry no LUNCH Bubble Tea.
The menu prices range $5-$7 but can cost more depending on your ingredients. Bubble Tea in Vancouver in general is not cheap. Bubble tea drinks cost more then a Starbucks coffee which has beans imported from South America.

$-$$ NOT CHEAP. Similar price to other Bubble Tea shops. More expensive than your average tea or coffee at Starbucks and similar to a smoothie at Jugo Juice.
QUALITY:
OK! Bubble tapioca pearls were soft chewy. You can customize the sugar and ice level. Simple ingredients Tea, Milk, Ice, Pearls.
SERVICE:
GOOD! Friendly. Quick and fast.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Bubble Tea is a popular but pricey sweet treat. CoCo is one of many global chains in Vancouver and they do a standard job of making bubble tea. This location opens at 2PM.
