$$ AFFORDABLE. FAIR Price for All You Can Eat. Around $25 for Lunch plus Tax and Tip. Lunch is cheaper than Dinner AYCE.
QUALITY:
OK! The quality depends on the day! Stick to the nigiri, and rolls, chicken karaage, tempura, and BBQ. Avoid some of the kitchen cooked items like Gyoza which tend to be less fresh. grills need upgrade.
SERVICE:
GOOD! Shabusen recently changed their serving staff. The new staff seems more friendly. During Covid they wear masks and gloves.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Shabusen is one of a few sushi restaurants that has AYCE BBQ and Sushi. It is popular for the AYCE at a reasonable price. The quality is good enough for a filling AYCE experience.
