Gutom Staff Bon’s Off Broadway is a popular greasy spoon diner known for their $3 Breakfast, and unique interior. They also serve Lunch, Dinner, and Chinese food. Yes, Chinese food! A true example of Canadian diversity!
It’s a nice place to hang out before a night out, or the next morning if you have hangover. Bon’s is a local treasure!
More than just a cheap breakfast, the menu at Bon’s is extensive, with lots of choices, and even handwritten corrections! This place has character! However, not all is cheap at Bon’s, some dishes are over $15 and over $20! How bout a steak??
Bon’s has a very colorful interior with posters, graffiti and other markings on the walls. It may look ‘unclean’ like you’re eating outside in an alley, but the food is clean! A diverse crowd all come to Bon’s.
Coffee is not included with the cheap breakfast.

QUALITY:
Good! For $3 you can’t really complain. The type of sausage at Bon’s is different from similar diners. The ham is good too. Good amount of potatoes. You can always order more eggs for $1 each.
SERVICE:
Friendly service. Rushed servers want your order fast when it is busy. Getting food is fast, but if you order POACHED eggs expect a delay. Poached is ordered less. Took time for the kitchen to make them.

VERDICT:
Bon’s Off Broadway is a local favorite with the right prices. Worth return visits to try more of their menu or stick to the Cheap Breakfast. Good for families.
