Banh Mi Saigon on Victoria Drive in South Vancouver is the latest in many Vietnamese sub sandwich shops popping up all over the city.

This shop however is a little more polished in appearance than the usual family owned business. The restaurant is clean, with open space to view the sandwich artists hard at work. The ingredients are front and centre. FRESH is what the owners want to show customers as soon as they enter. The branding is clear, and there are bread baking ovens revolving.

There is a small seating area, but when this place gets busy at lunchtime expect to stand. Each sandwich is made once ordered, so there is a short wait to get your food.
