The combination of bacon and grilled chicken is not bad. Together with the gravy and cheese it’s tasty. However where this poutine fails is the ranch. It overpowers the poutine. The ranch topping is also cold which will cool down the cheese from melting.
Ditch the ranch and stick with pure gravy for poutine.
