Building a business with no experience and a short timeline is risky especially in downtown Vancouver. Handwritten signs, sticky notes with community suggestions, fun cartoons on the menu, Unscripted is like a college student lounge. It’s a neat idea, but the lack of direction might be an expensive risk for the business.
Overall, Unscripted is a nice little (non-franchise) cafe with a evolving menu and community vibe. The offerings are nice!
