Matchstick Coffee started on Fraser street in 2012 and expanded over the years around Vancouver.
In a city full of coffee shops, and overpriced croissants, there’s only so many cafes people can afford to go to. The artisan cafe / roaster faces a lot of challenges. Restaurants are struggling with the cost of food, supplies, wages. Not only that, but redevelopment of neighbourhoods also has an effect on business.
Unfortunately, Matchstick Coffee is closing all locations
Here are the dates for the last day of operations at the following cafe locations.

March 15 Main
April 1 Fraser
