Jack Spot Cafe is now open in the Joyce Collingwood neighbourhood. Jack Spot Cafe is a cozy cafe and bakery with coffee, matcha drinks, sweet and savoury pastries, and sourdough breads baked in house. Sourdough and matcha sounds like a yummy combination at a cafe!
The space is bright and cozy and seems like a nice place to relax and enjoy a beverage.
One of the things that stood out was the savoury items, specifically the fouggase topped with egg. They also have flatbreads with lots of toppings.
The whole sourdough is also a surprise. For a small cafe bakery it’s nice to see the whole loaf of bread available to customers. Similar to what you’d see at Breka, or Kozak.
With so many cafes in Vancouver, Jack Spot Cafe is definitely a fresh cafe worth checking out, with a bright future!
