7-ELEVEN KINGSWAY ROYAL OAK

Another 7-Eleven has permanently closed. Located at the corner of Kingsway and Royal Oak in Burnaby. The prime location is perfect for redevelopment into condo towers.

DISAPPEARING 7-ELEVEN

There are fewer and fewer 7-Elevens in the Vancouver area. The convenience store chain looks like it’s slowly disappearing.  The 7-Eleven at Kingsway, Joyce-Collingwood also on the corner of a prime location, closed to make way for condo development.

Standalone 7-Eleven’s are going away.

Canada Way and Smith

Victoria Drive and 54th

There are a few 7-Eleven locations in downtown Vancouver -Smithe and Beatty Street, Seymour and Dunsmuir, Robson and Hamilton but who knows for how long.

Though you can still find 7-Eleven as part of ESSO gas stations.

7-Eleven Esso locations – Kingsway and Victoria, Grandview and Rupert.

 

COMPETITION

Circle-K, and grocery stores T&T, Walmart, are offering similar convenience store eats. Loblaws (City Market, Superstore, Buy Low) Bottles of energy drinks, lotto tickets, and hot food to-go.

However, 7-Eleven does have the Slurpee!
