BBQ + Sushi
BBQ Beef, Lamb, Chicken, Pork, Seafood, Veggies, Side Dishes. Lots of variety with Ribs, Lamb, scallops!
Sushi menu features Salmon, Tuna, Sashimi, Nigiri, Rolls. Goes well with the BBQ! Not so many variety of fish but Salmon and Tuna are the most common and popular. NO CONES?!
The restaurant features Robot servers to deliver dishes but this proved to be a bit of an issue during the service.
VERDICT
PRICE:
$$ $30 – $50 per person for All You Can Eat. Happy Hour and Non-AYCE menu available.
QUALITY:
OK! Nice variety compared to other AYCE restaurants. Cuts of meat are better quality than Shabusen.
SERVICE:
CHAOS! Friendly but chaotic, staff easily overwhelmed by the orders. Only 3 servers for a large restaurant. Senior server yelled at the younger server. Long wait to get food. Dishes going to the wrong tables. Male server was dismissive when asked about missing dishes that were taken by another table. The women servers were somewhat friendly but stressed out.
They need proper training and more staff. Maybe learn from a place like Shabusen that run an efficient AYCE meal service.
They did not replace the grill after first round use.
No soy sauce bottle at the table.
They served the sushi AFTER the BBQ.
Robot servers were useless, and slow. The human servers eventually pushed the food out on a cart!
VERDICT:
Overall, somewhat SATISFIED. Come for the variety of meats, seafood and sashimi on the AYCE and expect the chaos. Should be fine drinks, and a la carte menu, but the AYCE takes a long time to get food. Needs improvement.
