GUTOM EATS! Jollibee Cambie Broadway is NOW OPEN! This is Jollibee’s SECOND location in Vancouver. Opening 8 MONTHS after Granville St downtown restaurant. Located in a brand new building with a nice bright 2nd floor space, with DINE IN. Let’s check it out!
Conveniently, located at Broadway and Cambie, across from Skytrain station, and buses. The entrance is located on Cambie Street. There is lots of construction at this intersection. Parking can be tricky to find if you are driving.
GUTOM TIP if you’re driving, park on Cambie Street from 12th – 16th and in the side streets off Cambie Street. A little walk but free 2 hour parking. The building 2549 Cambie has parking but might not have access due to construction. You can also park off Broadway meter parking.
Jollibee Cambie Broadway opened on October 20, 2022. The restaurant is above a Starbucks and next to a TD Bank. This video was recorded on the first Saturday after the opening. SURPRISINGLY, there is no LINE UP in the morning before opening!
What is Jollibee? Jollibee is the most FAMOUS Filipino franchise, known internationally. Filipino style recipes like sweet Spaghetti, traditional dishes like Palabok, and combining it with fried chicken. Vancouver is late with getting Jollibee in the city, but now we have TWO and a third at Strawberry Hill in Surrey opening in the future.
Cash and Card accepted! On this morning the debit machine was slow to work! GUTOM TIP have cash on hand just in case the debit machine doesn’t work!

Jollibee Cambie has nice booth seating right by the windows! Very spacious and clean. There’s even a balcony. Outdoor seating with heaters! WOWOWOW!

First one to order, last one to get food! This location is still new and working out the system. Service is friendly, but mix up may occur!

Line up is not so crazy in the morning. More customers slowly arriving closer to lunch time, but no crazy four hour line up! This location will definitely be a popular one for Jollibee, in one of the busiest intersections in Vancouver.

$-$$ FAIR PRICE. Price has gone up since they first opened but still affordable.
QUALITY:
GOOD! Fair portion size, chicken is hot freshly fried, crispy. Spaghetti is cheesy, and just the right sweetness and palabok is tasty. Consistent with the other Jollibee.
SERVICE:
OK! Friendly service but mix ups may occur with your order. Seems like they are still working out the system. Debit machine was not ready in the morning. Pineapple drink was left out of order. Was not given food in correct order. Not as organized as Granville Street location when they first opened!
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Delicious Filipino food and nice seating. Welcome Jollibee Second location with DINE IN!
