DISLIKED: Hard Taco shell tasted store bought, bland.
Quesada Burritos and Tacos is a new Mexican ‘Tex-Mex inspired’ fast food franchise in Burnaby. Quesada is originally from Ontario with locations across Canada, and there are over 10 Quesada locations in BC! This location is on Hastings.
Burrito $10.99 (Large)
12″ Tortilla, Chicken and Beef Barcacoa burrito.
There are 3 burrito sizes: Regular 10″, Large 12″, and BIG ASS 14″.
You get a choice of white or whole wheat tortilla.
Load it up! There are many ingredients to choose at Quesada you’ll want to add everything! A few ingredients you will find: tomatoes, cheese, corn, lettuce, onions, jalapenos, and like Mucho Burrito, Pickled Red Onions!
Tacos 3 for $10.99
2 Soft Shell 1 Hard Shell.
Beef, Chicken, and FISH. Quesada offers fish! Fish is not common at other similar Mexican fast-food restaurants.
Churros $2.99
2 small Churro sticks with choice of Nutella or caramel.
PRICE:
$$ FAIR PRICE. Similar to other Mexican fast-food chain restaurants.
QUALITY:
OK! Generous servings. Good selection of toppings to choose. Good churros!
DISLIKED: The taco shells are bland like the ones you buy at the grocery store.
SERVICE:
OK! Friendly. Fast assembly of tacos and burritos.
VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Quesada is a little different from the competition serving fish, and churros on their menu. The burrito is a good choice but the tacos shells are disappointing.
