Is No.1 Beef Noodle House really NUMBER 1?

No.1 Beef Noodle House is located in a small strip mall at the intersection
of Willingdon and Moscrop. Tight space with very limited parking!

So many choices! You can customize your soup with different types of noodles!
Different noodles offer different textures and chewiness.

There are also noodle dishes prepared stir fried and
Add-On options for the perfect custom dish.

The large menu also features Hot Pot, Congee, Sizzling plates, and
of course Bubble Tea a must for a Taiwanese cafe!

Beef Shank Soup with Thin Noodle $11.50
Nice salty broth. Good amount of soft beef pieces, with veggies.

Soy Sauce Fried Rice with Pork Chop $12.50
Ok portion of fried rice. Could be bigger. Tasty.
Pork Chops contained bones, some pieces were fatty. Good flavor.

Pork Chops are served with a small side of pickled radish/cabbage?

Salty Peppery Chicken Pieces $8.25
Delicious, Salty not too pepper.  Good portion size!
Cheaper than J&G Fried Chicken!

Oreo Smoothie $7.70, Pearls .75
Topped with whipped cream. Nice blend of Oreo, and milk.
One whole Oreo cookie left in for decoration and eating!

Pearls were served on the side because they forgot to add it to the drink!

Over $10 for noodle soups seems expensive.
Oreo Shake while good seemed expensive.

Good flavors. Salty broth.
Large pieces of soft beef in noodle soup. Nice thin noodles.
Good portion size for fried chicken.

OK. Server seemed rushed.
They served drink and forgot to add the pearls to the drink.
Instead of redoing the drink, they served pearls on the side.

Good flavorful dishes, but disappointed by the price
of Oreo Shake. Limited / Bad Parking spots.
