Ramen Horin is a new ramen shop on Robson Street.

Ramen Horin specializes in Fukuoka ramen Tonkotsu broth, but it has spicy chili sauce.

Soft Opening Menu – Simple menu, with option for
customization and toppings. No Sake or Gyoza. Limited toppings.
Note: We were told they are considering putting gyoza on the menu.

Be careful!
There is a scoop of spicy chili sauce under the green onions.

The noodles at Ramen Horin are thin.
You can customize the firmness, soft, standard or firm.

You can also customize the fattiness of the broth.

The restaurant provides Tall water glasses to wash down the spicy chili flakes.

PRICE:
More expensive than Kintaro Ramen.

QUALITY:
Ok broth flavor. Thin pork pieces.
Green Onions were too strong.
Spicy Chili sauce may cause coughing.
No bean sprouts.

SERVICE:
Soft Opening. Friendly, helpful.

VERDICT:
Not cheap. Not the best.
Limited toppings, menu. Ok customization.
This style of ramen is not for everyone.
Busy at Lunch. Cash, Debit accepted.

There are better options in the area.
