There’s a new Korean Grocery store in the Metrotown area. Hannam HNS has opened a new location off Kingsway. Hannam has fresh prepared Kimbap, and Red Bean Waffle fish Bungeo-ppang! There is a cluster of Korean businesses in this area including Assi (Market Ribbon) Korean Grocery, GAON Korean Cuisine and 88 Town. This location could definitely use some seating, or food court area for customers to enjoy their take-out food. Prices are fair, and the selection of Korean items is very authentic!
Hannam is the original Korean grocery store in BC since 1998. The location on North Rd, in the Lougheed Town Centre area is the center of Korea Town.
