Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
OPEN FOR DINE-IN! LIMITED SEATING!
Ramen Santouka is a global brand of Japanese Ramen restaurants known for white tonkotsu (pork bone) soup.

Sake Combo $16.50
Large Shio Ramen and Salmon on Rice Bowl
Gyoza $5.95

Nice portion size and flavours. Looks like they put a lot of ingredients into the ramen and even the side dishes.

The Gyoza was hot and crispy. They give you a selection of condiments, oil, and gyoza sauce.

PRICE:
$$ AFFORDABLE. Around $20 for a combo, tax and tip.

QUALITY:
GOOD! For a global chain of ramen restaurants the quality was surprisingly good. Good amount of noodles, and meat portion. The side of salmon on rice comes with half egg and Edamame. Overall, good flavours. The noodles were a little soft / overcooked.
The broth temperature was hot, hotter than other ramen restaurants.

SERVICE:
OK. Fast to take order. No menus inside restaurant, and the only menu is posted on the window so they expect you to remember what you saw on the window.

VERDICT:
Overall, SATISFIED. Ramen Santouka is open for Dine-In with very limited seating. The Combos are a deal and the portion size is right.
