August 11, 2019 was Burnaby’s very first Philippine Cultural Heritage Festival at Swangard Stadium! This video was taken near the end of the day there was plenty of food left!

QUALITY:
OK. Potato Corner was a favorite at this event. Food freshness and temperature might be spotty depending on the vendor.

SERVICE:
Ok. Friendly. Seemed a little disorganized with schedule, lack of volunteers.

VERDICT:
The first Philippine Cultural festival in Burnaby was good, looking forward to seeing it get better over time.
