There are 15 Pelmeni dumplings in a Snack Pack order. The dumplings are similar in size to tortellini maybe a little bigger. The Spicy Ginger sauce was flavorful, made with vinegar, soy, oil, ginger and scallions sauce, topped with sriracha drizzle. Nice Asian flavor.
Pelmeni are dumplings of Russian cuisine which consist of a filling wrapped in thin, unleavened dough. The debate about the exact place of origin is still active, with Ural and Siberia both maintaining strong claims. Pelmeni are considered as the heart of Russian cuisine. Wikipedia
